Terms and conditions for using the services of Hung Nguyen Training and Manpower Supply Company Limited
1. General introduction
Hung Nguyen Training and Manpower Supply Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides study abroad, labor export and foreign language training services. These terms and conditions of service use stipulate the rights and obligations of the Company and customers when using the services provided by the Company.
2. Scope of service
The company provides services including:
Consulting and guiding procedures for studying abroad in countries such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan…
Translation and student visa application.
Consulting on labor export to Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
Training English, Japanese, German at all levels from beginner to advanced.
Services related to the Company’s field of operation.
3. Conditions of service use
- Customers must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering to use the service.
Comply with the Company’s regulations and instructions related to services.
Pay service fees in full and on time as agreed.
Responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and documents provided to the Company.
4. Rights and obligations of the Company
- Require customers to provide complete information to provide services.
Have the right to refuse to provide service if the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information.
Ensure to provide services as committed, in accordance with capacity and expertise.
Secure customers’ personal information according to legal regulations.
Provide updated information related to the service that customers subscribe to.
5. Rights and obligations of customers
- Provide complete and accurate personal information when registering to use the service.
Have the right to request the Company to provide services in accordance with the original agreement.
Have the right to be provided with full information related to the service.
Pay service fees in full and on time as agreed.
Responsible for the accuracy and legality of information and documents provided to the Company.
6. Termination of contract
Cases of service contract termination:
Both parties agree to terminate the contract ahead of schedule.
One party seriously violates its obligations under the service contract.
Customer does not provide complete information as requested by the Company.
Customers do not pay service fees on time.
Due to force majeure cases such as natural disasters, enemy sabotage, epidemics…
7. Dispute resolution
- Any disputes arising between the Company and customers will be resolved in the spirit of reconciliation, equality and mutual respect.
In case an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be brought to the Economic Court or Economic Arbitration for resolution in accordance with current Vietnamese law.
8. Other terms
- The Company reserves the right to amend and supplement
