1. Recruitment information
- Position: MIG Welder: 3G-6G or 3F- 5E
- Quantity: 300 employees
- Age: 18 – 45 years old
- Height: >1.60m
- Weight: >52kg
- Degree: Level 2 or higher
- Other requirements:
- Candidates with an international welding certificate (or experience in welding or mechanical processing will receive accelerated training and certification). If you do not have a certificate, the company will train
- Candidates must ensure their own health when participating in the exam (must be examined at district level or higher)
- If the candidate is accepted, before entering the country, they must proactively learn Korean communication
2. Recovery mode
- Contract term: Long term, 3 year contract + 2 years then extended indefinitely
- Working hours 08 hours/day, 06 days/week.
- Basic salary: 2,700,000 Won/month.
- Overtime: Overtime pay is calculated at 150% LCB
- The average income of shipyard workers in Korea is about 3,500 – 4,000 USD/month.

- After 6 months of working in Korea, workers can sponsor family members to visit, and visitors can stay for 3 to 6 months in Korea.

- Expected exit:after 2-4 months of admission (from the time of completing the application)
